General Terms

Acceptable Use

You may use the Services only as permitted by law. You may not abuse, defame, slander, harass, or threaten others; share obscene, inappropriate, or objectionable materials; transmit viruses or harmful code; attempt to hack, disrupt, or access accounts without authorization; scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Services except as permitted by us; reverse-engineer or circumvent security; or otherwise interfere with the Services. We may suspend or stop providing Services if you violate these Terms or if we investigate suspected misconduct.

Your Account

If you create (or are invited to) an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Purchases

When you make a purchase, you agree to provide valid payment information. Products, features, and prices may change at any time. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or promotions, decline orders, or refuse service at our discretion. If a product arrives with printing defects or shipping damage, we will work with you to make it right (we may request photos). Other than as required by law, we provide Services without warranties.

Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party sites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for those services. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Content You Submit

You retain ownership of stories, photos, audio/video, and other content you submit (“Content”). You grant us a worldwide, transferable, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display your Content solely to provide and operate the Services—and for any additional purposes you expressly authorize (e.g., marketing) if you give us explicit permission. You represent that you own or have rights to submit the Content; that it does not violate the rights of others; and that you have needed permissions from anyone appearing in the Content (and from a parent/guardian if under 18). We may remove Content we believe violates law or our policies. Keep your own backups—we are not responsible for loss of Content.

Our Content & Ownership

The questions, prompts, helps, explanatory text, layouts, templates, and other original materials we provide (“Our Content”) are owned by Our Faith Legacy, LLC dba My Faith Stories and protected by copyright and other laws. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from Our Content.

Exports & Personal Use

If the Services allow you to export materials (e.g., to PDF for printing), you may use such exports for your personal, non-commercial purposes. Exports may include Our Content. No additional rights to Our Content are granted by providing export features.

Editor Contributions

Where an editor drafts or revises text for you within the Service, ownership of that resulting text is between you and the editor per your arrangement. You grant us the license in “Content You Submit” to host and process such content solely to operate and improve the Service.

Intellectual Property

Use of the Services does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property in the Services or the content you access. Do not use our name, branding, or logos without our prior written consent.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices described there.

Legal Terms

Copyright (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512). If you believe material on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to our Designated Agent including all required information under §512(c)(3).

Notice Requirements (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3))
(a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) identification of the material to be removed or disabled and its URL within our Service; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized; and (f) a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act.

Counter-Notice (17 U.S.C. §512(g))
If your material was removed due to a notice, you may send a counter-notice to the Agent containing: (a) your signature; (b) identification of the removed material and where it appeared; (c) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the removal was due to mistake or misidentification; (d) your name, address, and telephone number; and (e) a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district (or where you reside) and will accept service of process from the complainant or its agent. We may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless the complainant informs us they have filed a court action.

Repeat Infringers; Standard Technical Measures
We may disable or terminate accounts of repeat infringers. We accommodate and do not interfere with standard technical measures recognized by the industry to identify or protect copyrighted works.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE (AND OUR SUPPLIERS) ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES (OR HALF THE VALUE OF THE PRODUCT OR $50, WHICHEVER IS LESS, IF YOU PAID NOTHING).

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Our Faith Legacy, LLC dba My Faith Stories from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Arbitration; No Class Actions

Any dispute between you and us will be resolved by binding individual arbitration; no class, collective, consolidated, or representative actions are permitted. If arbitration is found unenforceable for a specific claim, that claim may proceed only in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona, USA. This provision survives termination.

Final Terms

Changes to Services

We may add, remove, or change features at any time. If we discontinue a feature, we will provide reasonable notice when feasible and an opportunity to retrieve your Content.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on our site. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, discontinue use.

Miscellaneous

These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
