General Terms

Acceptable Use

You may use the Services only as permitted by law. You may not abuse, defame, slander, harass, threaten, or impersonate others; share obscene or objectionable materials; transmit malware or harmful code; attempt unauthorized access; scrape or automate access except as permitted; reverse-engineer or circumvent security; or otherwise interfere with the Services. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Purchases

When you make a purchase, you agree to provide valid payment information. Prices, features, and availability may change. We may limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion. Estimated production or shipping timelines are not guarantees and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Product Categories

• Tangible Products (Non-Custom Physical Goods): Physical products sold without personalization or customization.
• Tangible Products (Custom Physical Goods): Physical products engraved, printed, or customized at the customer’s request.
• My Faith Stories: A hybrid product consisting of digital journaling software (software-as-a-service), proprietary intellectual property, and a custom-printed hardbound book produced only after user submission.

Refunds & Cancellations — My Faith Stories

Access to My Faith Stories involves immediate delivery of proprietary digital content and intellectual property. Refunds are structured as follows:

• Digital Access (purchase price minus $35.00): Upon first account login, the digital access portion is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.
• Physical Production ($35.00): This portion remains refundable until you select "Submit for Printing" within the application.
• Post-Printing: Once submitted for professional printing, all sales are final due to the custom nature of the product.

Refund requests must be sent to support@ourfaithlegacy.com.

User Proofing & Finality

You are solely responsible for reviewing and proofreading your journal content prior to submission. We do not review content for spelling, grammar, or accuracy. Reprints due to user errors are at the user’s expense.

Production Window

Each purchase includes one (1) professionally printed hardbound book. The printing credit must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of purchase or may be subject to additional fees.

Tangible Products (Custom Physical Goods)

Custom or personalized physical products are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun, except in cases of manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Tangible Products (Non-Custom Physical Goods)

• Non-custom physical products may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• All approved returns of non-custom physical products are subject to a $10 restocking and processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery and are not subject to the restocking fee.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
• Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Restocking and processing fees reflect non-recoverable costs associated with payment processing, handling, and inventory management.

Gift purchases are refundable only to the original purchaser. Redemption or use by the recipient constitutes fulfillment of the applicable portion of the purchase.

Content You Submit

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, store, reproduce, and display such content solely to provide the Services. You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit the content.

Scripture, Quotations, and Copyrighted Text

Certain Bible translations and other written works are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

Licensed Scripture: Our Faith Legacy, LLC dba My Faith Stories is licensed to reproduce the New International Version (NIV) text of the Aaronic Blessing (Numbers 6:24–26) for specific products. This license does not extend to other passages or translations.

User Customizations: If you request customization that includes other Scripture passages, translations, or copyrighted text, you represent that you have obtained all necessary permissions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Our Faith Legacy, LLC dba My Faith Stories from any claims arising from user-requested content. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any customization that may violate intellectual property rights.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT.

Arbitration & Governing Law

Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration. These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA, with venue in Maricopa County.
